Multi-Everything Guest Wi-Fi Cloud Service
Multi-vendor support is not the same as supporting standard protocols. Not in our book. We have added specific adaptations to ensure you get the most out of the hardware from all leading Wi-Fi vendors, including Aruba, Cisco, Cisco Meraki, and Ruckus (CommScope). Of course, we also support the Enea Aptilo Access Controller, which brings support for any other Wi-Fi vendor.
We also support multiple login and payment methods.
Organizations can manage multiple sites and locations within a hierarchy of Wi-Fi zones and delegate parts of the administration to their local staff.
All Guest Wi-Fi Functions You Need
With the exception of SIM Authentication, all Wi-Fi service user onboarding functions that are available in Enea Aptilo SMP is also available in the Enea Aptilo GWC cloud service.
Captive Portals – Anyone Can Update
The captive portal used to be a way to control user access. It still is. But now, the role has become one of the best ways to engage with users before they get online. This is why we have designed our user interface so that anyone with zero knowledge of web design can update the captive portal. You can also schedule portal updates to kick in at a specific date and time. For our guest Wi-Fi cloud service, we have included our most asked-for captive portal and user flow designs based on the Enea Aptilo SMP Captive Portal Manager. This includes the advanced survey functionality that brings an excellent mobile user experience at the same time as you collect actionable information about the user.
Customer Insights through Wi-Fi Analytics
Our Wi-Fi analytics interface leverages the best of the latest web technologies to give the user an intuitive tool to work with. The layout is automatically adapted to the size of your screen.
For our guest Wi-Fi cloud service, we have defined the most requested Quickviews, Dashboards, and Reports to provide deep insights about your visitors. The predefined data include user demographics, user sessions, devices, login methods, usage, and payments.
In Quickview, you can view the information displayed through a simple number or percentages. This provides a quick view of important data such as the share of different device OS types, female/male visitors, and the number of GB downloaded. More complex data, comparing several parameters or showing trends, are visualized in the Dashboards through graphical diagrams.
Engaging User Experience with Our Guest Wi-Fi Cloud
Empowered by the insights from analytics, you can craft personalized campaigns that build loyalty. Engage users through captive portals, SMS, and e-mail.
Catch users with messages relevant to them while they are on site. The alternative is the traditional e-mail campaign weeks later with single-digit conversion rates.
Among the marketing functions, you will find banners and pop-up ads in the captive portal and dynamic messages triggered by a specific event, such as the user entering a Wi-Fi zone or having stayed there for x time. Messages can be sent through SMS and email. Through the group message function, it is also possible to reach a group of users, e.g., users that have visited the venue during a specific period.
