Enea Announces New Leadership in Japan
Stockholm, Sweden and Tokyo, Japan, December 12, 2007 – Enea (Nordic Exchange/Small Cap/ENEA), a world-leading provider of network software and services, today announced the appointment of Yoshiaki Nezu to the position of managing director of Enea Japan.
“We are excited to have Mr. Nezu as part of the Enea team,” said Johan Wall, CEO at Enea. “His background, accomplishments and dedication speak volumes. I am confident that he is the right person to accelerate our growing presence in Japan.”
Japanese electronic and embedded systems manufacturers expect highly reliable software solutions and responsive support and service. In order to exceed these requirements, Enea has long maintained a direct presence in Japan and the appointment of Mr. Nezu represents Enea’s renewed commitment to building new customer relationships and expanding the trusted, long term strategic engagements for which the company has been best known.
“Japan is one of the most innovative electronics and embedded systems markets in the world. Today, we service high profile customers like Fujitsu and Yamaha, but there are many more opportunities for us to explore given our comprehensive product and solution portfolio,” said Wall.
Immediately prior to his appointment at Enea, Mr. Nezu served as managing director for operations at Digi International, a leader in device networking for business, where he successfully established the company’s presence in Japan. Mr. Nezu has also held managing positions with several international organizations, most notably Axis Communications. Like Enea, Axis Communications is a publicly-held Swedish-based company. Mr. Nezu is a graduate of Tokyo International University, with a Bachelor of Public Choice and Economics.
