Ignacio Nuñez Aceves

With over 25 years of experience in the mobile telecommunications industry, Ignacio Núñez is a seasoned expert in deploying and introducing advanced network technologies across Latin America. For the past 15 years, he has held key roles in global companies such as Sweden’s Enea, where he led initiatives to bring innovations like 4G networks, video optimization, real-time bandwidth management, and mobile cybersecurity to the region. Earlier in his career, Ignacio contributed to the expansion of mobile infrastructure across Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, and the Andean region as part of Nortel Networks’ deployment team. In addition to his industry leadership, Ignacio has served as a professor at top institutions including UNAM and ITAM, and he frequently participates in international seminars hosted by leading telecommunications companies. Ignacio holds a Bachelor degree in Telecommunications Engineering from UNAM, M.Sc by UCL and MBA from Thunderbird Global management school.

During the past 16 years, Reinaldo has been key in delivering Wi-Fi Service Management platforms, such as the 2014 FIFA World Cup, for two mobile operators. As Head of Presales-Network Applications, he and his team have provided global solutions in areas like Wi-Fi offloading, Wi-Fi calling, IoT, and 4G/5G integration.  Previously, he worked with Microsoft and Lucent.
