Change of number of shares and votes in Enea

As previously announced, Enea AB (publ) (“Enea”) has made a directed issue of 1,965,000 shares to qualified investors at a subscription price of SEK 138 per share (for further information, see Enea’s press releases on 22 and 23 August 2019).
As a result thereof, the number of shares and votes in Enea has changed and amounts today, the last trading day of the month, to 21,615,231.
