Anders Lidbeck resigns as CEO and the nomination committee proposes that he be elected new chairman of Enea
Stockholm, Sweden, November 5, 2018 Enea® (Nasdaq Stockholm: ENEA) Considerations regarding succession planning for the management of Enea have led to the conclusion that Anders Lidbeck will resign as CEO and, subject to the 2019 annual general meeting so electing, become new chairman of the board, replacing Anders Skarin who is not available for re-election.
The search for a new CEO has been initiated. Anders Lidbeck remains as CEO up to the 2019 annual general meeting.
The nomination committee will provide further information and explanations in connection with the committee publishing its full proposal for the annual general meeting.
