Teemu Salmi

Teemu Salmi serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Enea AB. He joins with over two decades of leadership experience spanning telecom, cybersecurity and industrial sectors, having most recently served as CEO of a Nordic cybersecurity provider. His previous roles include senior responsibilities at large multinational organisations such as Ericsson – where he led cloud, services and IT sales operations with full P/L across the Middle East and Africa – and executive positions at a major player in renewable materials, including global IT and digitalisation leadership. In his role at Enea, he is charged with guiding the company’s strategic direction, aligning product and service initiatives with market demands, and driving operational performance to deliver long-term value for customers, shareholders and stakeholders.

Osvaldo Aldao

Osvaldo Aldao is Chief Technology, Strategy, Product & Marketing Officer at Enea AB. He leads the company’s global product and technology agenda, advancing innovation in cybersecurity, monetization, and optimization solutions, helping operators and end-users defend against increasingly sophisticated threats while improving  performance.

With nearly 30 years in the telecom industry, Osvaldo has held leadership roles building and scaling global products across cybersecurity, network intelligence, and core network software. Before joining Enea, he held senior leadership roles at Ericsson, including Head of Portfolio for Communications Services. Working across Europe, Latin America, and Asia, he has developed a deep understanding of the evolving needs of secure and intelligent communication networks. He is a regular speaker at industry events, including GSMA.

Osvaldo holds an MSc in Telecommunications and Electronic Engineering from ITBA, complemented by executive education at London Business School. He has been based in Stockholm, Sweden for the past 20 years, where he lives with his family.

Roland Steiner

Roland Steiner is Senior Vice President, Head of the Network Solutions Business Unit at Enea AB, where he directs strategy and operational execution for core telecommunications software and policy/control capabilities. He brings more than two decades of leadership in telecom technology, having served as Vice President, Global Head of Telco Solutions at Atos and Vice President, Head of Business Unit LTE at Siemens Convergence Creators, where he led large-scale product and engineering teams. His technical and commercial oversight has driven the evolution of scalable solutions for 4G and 5G networks and strengthened customer alignment across global CSPs. Steiner’s career reflects sustained operational impact and deep domain expertise in telecom systems and network infrastructure.

Jean-Pierre Coury

Jean‑Pierre Coury is Senior Vice President and Head of the Embedded Security Business Unit at Enea, where he leads strategic development and global operations for the company’s embedded cybersecurity portfolio. John Hughes

John Hughes is Senior Vice President and Head of the Network Security Business Unit at Enea AB, leading the company’s strategic direction and operational execution in telecom and mobile network security. With more than two decades of industry experience, he has held leadership roles across research and development, product and service management, and operations, including Chief Operating Officer of AdaptiveMobile Security, which he joined in 2006, and an early career foundation at Vodafone Ireland.
