Enea’s Chairman appointed acting CEO
STOCKHOLM, Sweden, 9 September, 2011 – As previously communicated, Enea’s President and CEO Per Åkerberg has decided to resign. The board has decided to appoint current chairman, Anders Lidbeck, on an interim basis, effective today until a new CEO has been employed. Anders Lidbeck therefore leaves his position as chairman and board member Anders Skarin takes on the role as acting chairman.
