Enea lists bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm
As previously communicated, Enea AB (publ) (“Enea” or the “Company”) has resolved to list bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm. Nasdaq Stockholm has approved Enea’s application for admission to trading of the bonds and the first day of trading is 4 May 2018.
On February 26, 2018, Enea announced that the Company had issued a senior unsecured bond loan in the amount of SEK 500 million with a floating rate coupon of 3 month Stibor + 5.25% and a final maturity in March 2021. On 2 May 2018, Enea published a prospectus and announced that the Company had applied for admission to trading in the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm. Nasdaq Stockholm has approved Enea’s application for admission to trading and the first day of trading of the bonds is 4 May 2018.
