STOCKHOLM, May 28, 2008 – Enea®, (Nordic Exchange/Small Cap/ENEA), a world leading provider of network software and services, today announced the appointment of board member Åsa Landén Ericsson as acting president and CEO following the resignation of Johan Wall. Before formally taking up the position on July 1 Åsa will work side by side with Johan to secure a smooth transition. Åsa comes most recently from the assignment as Managing Director of Scanpix Sweden AB.

Enea also announces the appointment of Carl G Sköld as acting CFO from August 1. Carl joins Enea on June 1 to work side by side with current CFO Håkan Gustavson, whose resignation was made public in connection with the interim report on April 23.

"Åsa Landén has thorough knowledge of Enea and is in tune with all projects currently underway. This makes her well placed to take over the responsibility for day-to-day operations on short notice. Åsa and Carl will both work side by side with the current CEO and CFO which allows for a smooth transition. It also enables the board to focus on the recruitment of the permanent CEO and CFO", said Staffan Ahlberg, chairman of the board, Enea.

"Enea is a world leading provider of software and services primarily to the telecom industry. The company is at the forefront of technology development in an exiting market. I look forward to working more closely with the team that I have gotten to know and respect during my years as a board member", said Åsa Landén.
