Aptilo Networks Announces New Hires in Europe and the Americas
MOBILE WORLD CONGRESS, BARCELONA – Aptilo Networks is broadening its sales teams in Europe and the Americas with several new hires. The new hires will support Aptilo’s growth in response to the high demand for carrier Wi-Fi solutions.
Daniel Magnergård has been named Sales Manager for EMEA, and is based at Aptilo’s headquarters in Stockholm. He is responsible for exploring new business opportunities in Eastern Europe. Magnergård has a strong background in telecom and IT with experience leading smaller telco/IT vendors as well as working with service providers. He earned a Master of Science degree at KTH Stockholm (IT & Telecom), an Officer degree from the Navy Academy in Karlskrona. Magnergård reports to Anders Emilsson, VP Sales EMEA, Aptilo Networks.
Andy Langston joins Aptilo’s team in Dallas, TX as Enterprise Account Manager for the Americas. He spearheads Aptilo’s Tier 2/3 carrier efforts as well as enterprise sales activities in the US and Canada. Langston’s background in the enterprise WLAN space includes more than six years with Samsung and Motorola. He earned a Bachelor’s of Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina. Langston reports to John Robinson, Sales Director North America, Aptilo Networks.
