Osvaldo Aldao

Osvaldo Aldao is Chief Technology, Strategy, Product & Marketing Officer at Enea AB. He leads the company’s global product and technology agenda, advancing innovation in cybersecurity, monetization, and optimization solutions, helping operators and end-users defend against increasingly sophisticated threats while improving  performance.

With nearly 30 years in the telecom industry, Osvaldo has held leadership roles building and scaling global products across cybersecurity, network intelligence, and core network software. Before joining Enea, he held senior leadership roles at Ericsson, including Head of Portfolio for Communications Services. Working across Europe, Latin America, and Asia, he has developed a deep understanding of the evolving needs of secure and intelligent communication networks. He is a regular speaker at industry events, including GSMA.

Osvaldo holds an MSc in Telecommunications and Electronic Engineering from ITBA, complemented by executive education at London Business School. He has been based in Stockholm, Sweden for the past 20 years, where he lives with his family.

Giovani Henrique

Con 24 años de experiencia profesional, Giovani ha desarrollado una sólida trayectoria en los sectores de ciberseguridad, fintech, telecomunicaciones, televisión de pago y servicios. A lo largo de su carrera, ha ocupado posiciones de Vicepresidente y puestos directivos de nivel C en diversas organizaciones, entre ellas SecurityGen, Cauri Global, Positive Technologies, Hansen Technologies, Dapx Brasil e Irdeto (empresa del grupo Naspers).

Antes de incorporarse a Enea, Giovani se desempeñó como Senior Director para Latinoamérica y el Cono Sur en SES, líder global en soluciones de comunicaciones satelitales para operadores móviles (MNO), proveedores de servicios de internet (ISP), empresas y organizaciones gubernamentales.

Giovani es Ingeniero Electricista y cuenta con un MBA en Administración de Empresas por la Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). Además, ha cursado programas de educación ejecutiva en Marketing Digital en el MIT y en Gestión Empresarial en la Kellogg School of Management.

Mathias Johansson

Mathias Johansson is Chief Commercial Officer at Enea, where he leads the company’s global commercial organization and growth strategy. He brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience in the telecommunications industry, with a track record of driving commercial growth, strategic partnerships, and business transformation across global markets. Prior to joining Enea, he served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Northern Europe at Mavenir and spent more than two decades at Ericsson, where he held senior leadership roles across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, including regional and country president positions with full P&L responsibility. Mathias holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University.

Sergio Steiger

Sergio Steiger is Vice President of Sales, Americas at Enea, responsible for defining and executing the company’s commercial strategy and driving revenue growth across the region. He brings more than three decades of leadership in technology and telecommunications, with prior senior roles including VP of Sales and Business Development at WeDo Technologies, General Manager positions at Mobileum, and early experience in product and account leadership at Nortel and Ericsson. Steiger’s strategic oversight has consistently strengthened customer engagement and expanded market presence in complex, competitive sectors. His career reflects sustained operational impact and deep expertise in sales, business development, and industry relations across global markets.

Ion De Pinedo

Ion de Pinedo is Senior Regional Sales Director at Enea, responsible for business growth across Latin America. He has more than 25 years of international experience in telecommunications, cybersecurity and network software, with a track record of developing strategic accounts, leading complex multi-country negotiations and building commercial organizations. At Enea, he has expanded the cybersecurity customer base to more than 15 Tier-1 and Tier-2 mobile operators while driving regional growth and strategic partnerships. His previous leadership roles include Creativity Software, PacketVideo by NTT DOCOMO, CSG and Thales, spanning core network software, charging, IPTV/OTT, location services and critical infrastructure.

Brenda Núñez Williams

Brenda Patricia Núñez Williams is Sales Director Latin America at Enea, responsible for regional sales, strategic account development and new business across Latin America. She brings extensive telecommunications experience spanning sales leadership, executive account management, business development and complex solution proposals for major operators and service providers. Before joining Enea, she held sales leadership and account management positions at Digitata Networks, 4COMM, Allot, Nokia and Hewlett-Packard, managing relationships with customers including AT&T, America Móvil and Telcel/Telmex. Her earlier experience in bid management provides a strong technical foundation across mobile and fixed networks, LTE, VoLTE, core networks, IMS, charging, security and subscriber data management.

Ignacio Nuñez Aceves

Ignacio Núñez Aceves is Senior Pre Sales Engineer, LATAM at Enea, with responsibility for supporting the introduction and deployment of advanced network technologies across the region. He brings more than 25 years of mobile telecommunications experience, including 15 years in key roles at Enea, where he has worked across 4G networks, video optimization, real-time bandwidth management and mobile cybersecurity. Earlier in his career, he was part of Nortel Networks’ deployment organization, supporting mobile infrastructure expansion across Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean and the Andean region. Ignacio also has academic experience as a professor at UNAM and ITAM and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from UNAM, an M.Sc. from UCL and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Juan Jauregui

Juan Jauregui is Technical Account Manager at Enea, responsible for technical account management and sales support across the Americas and Europe, with a focus on Enea’s 4G/5G and enterprise portfolio. He brings extensive experience spanning telecommunications, network infrastructure, presales, solution consulting and project management, with a strong track record of translating customer requirements into technical solutions and supporting complex sales processes. Before joining Enea, he held roles at Openwave Mobility, FIDUMTEC, TCRP Corp, Avaya and Ericsson, working with operators including América Móvil, Claro, Digicel and Telecom across Latin America and the Caribbean. His technical background covers mobile core and access networks, LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi, signaling, policy, analytics, security and network transformation, complemented by experience managing large-scale telecom deployments and customer projects.
