    The Annual General Meeting in Enea AB resolved to authorize the Board during to repurchase Enea shares. The purpose of the share repurchase program is to continuously be able to adjust the capital structure of Enea to the financial needs of the company and to enable financing, fully and partly, of acquisitions. Shares will be acquired at NASDAQ OMX Nordic Exchange in Stockholm for a price within the registered share price interval at the time of each transaction.

    The board of Enea AB has decided to acquire Enea up to a limit of 10 percent of the total outstanding number of shares. The repurchase is conducted in intervals and is determined by market conditions, regulations as well as the capital situation at any given time. At September 30,  604,227 shares had been acquired representing 3.3 percent of the total number of shares.

    Information on the progress is reported via NASDAQ OMX Nordic Exchange.

    The repurchasing program is handled by Nordea Bank AB.

    When was Enea founded?
    Enea was founded 1968 under the name Engmans Elektronik AB, later renamed to Enea.
