ConfD Web UI

The ConfD Web UI enables rapid development of modern, dynamic web interfaces.

Developers use the same XML syntax to describe the configuration data model for all of the various ConfD interfaces supported. From this configuration specification, the ConfD engine automatically renders a web interface, eliminating the need for time consuming coding and testing. Developers can customize the interface to meet their specific preferences using CSS and XHTML templates.

The web interface fully leverages the powerful AJAX asynchronous technology, which is ideal for creating interactive applications.  Developers can use AJAX to update information without having to refresh each web page.  As a result, on-screen graphs and charts change instantly, and changes made by any user via the ConfD CLI interface are immediately visible within the web interface.
