The following account has been prepared in accordance with the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance. Over the 2010 financial year, Enea complied with the Code with the exception of the point detailed below. Instruction 2.5: The company is to announce the names of members of the nomination committee on its website no later than six months before the annual general meeting. Deviation: The information was disclosed later than six months before the Annual General Meeting. Explanation: The Board decided to bring the date of the Annual General Meeting forward, with the consequence that the information was not disclosed in accordance with the Code.
